Rose was the buying agent for myself and my mom back in 2011 when she helped us find the perfect house, for two people to live in but have their own separate spaces too.  At that time I knew nothing about the real estate market, how to get a mortgage, what different documents meant, or anything having to do with buying a house as it would be my first home. But Rose made the whole entire process so easy and enjoyable.  She explained everything to us and beyond, she was so thorough and made us aware of details that I overlooked, truly a joy to work with!!
And even after our purchase was final and escrow closed, Rose always answered whenever I had any concerns or questions about anything.  My mom is no longer here sadly, but I still live in the same home in Hayward and I'm still so grateful to Rose!
